Business Case Development
Business cases are becoming more important than ever for justifying IT investments. However, developing business cases with a quantifiable ROI for infrastructure or security projects, such as IAM, are notoriously difficult. The business drivers may be clear, e.g. improved efficiency, cost avoidance, reduced risk, but can be difficult to measure or estimate with any certainty.
The benefits of IAM to any wider programme should also be taken into account; it is often appropriate for the business case for the IAM solution to be linked to the business case for a wider programme. Based on work for previous clients we are able to provide a Rapid Identity Management Justification service to quickly assess whether a positive business case for IAM (or Federated Identity) exists and the scale of any likely benefits.
